Phoebe Smith rolled down the car window and asked Joshua Campbell, who was outside, "Is everything taken care of on your end?"

Joshua glanced at Jaylene Ziel in the passenger seat, "It's all done. How dare I not take care of your great cause?"

"Oh, please, whose great cause? I'm doing this for Aurora, you know." Phoebe waved her hand and was about to roll up the window.

"Really?" A half-smile appeared on Joshua's face.

Phoebe gave him a look, ignoring his comment. Instead, she took the mineral water she had just exchanged and slowly poured it into Jaylene's mouth.

"Did you add something to it?" Joshua asked Phoebe, who was feeding Jaylene water.

"Why don't you hurry up and help me get her into your car?" Phoebe glared at him, "Has Alexander Preston already prepared the room?"

"You can trust me." Joshua said as he opened the passenger car door and helped the now-hydrated Jaylene up. Together, they carried her into the back seat of Joshua's car.
