Jaylene thought that Joseph Thompson would drive her straight home, so she didn't ask any questions when she got in the car, and just let him drive.

It wasn't until the car stopped that she realized it was once again parked beneath Joseph's apartment building.

"Hey, why did you bring me here again?" Jaylene called out, slightly unhappy.

"This is our home, isn't it?" Joseph glanced at her, "If I don't take you home, where else should I take you?"

"But the thing is, I probably can't get my hand wet, right?"

Jaylene frowned at her gauze-wrapped hand, "Also, I didn't bring any change of clothes..."

Before she even finished speaking, Joseph had already taken a suitcase out of the trunk, which was actually the one she used for business trips.

How did her suitcase end up in his car trunk? Could it be...
