Soon they both finished their breakfasts. Both of them had eaten less than properly.
Gloria put down her spoon and did not spare another look at Jordy.
Jordy, on the other hand, fixed his eyes on Gloria. He stared at her and calmly asked, "How prejudiced are you against me right now?"
"Prejudiced?" Gloria cast him a cool look and asked, "After everything you have done, you wanna concluded it as my prejudices against you?"
Jordy pursed his lips, as if he didn't know what to say, while seemingly he was acknowledging Gloria's claim.
Gloria snorted and stood up. Enough was enough. She did not want to waste another breath in arguing with him.
"There aren't more to talk about. Stop dwelling on this topic. We are good as long as we aren't with each other."
With that, Gloria got up to leave.
Jordy sat where he was with a scowl that lasted for quite a while. He did not detain Gloria any further.
