Bab 29: Chapter 29

Aaron's POV

"Kill him!"

My wolf was screaming madly. He stared at Joe's back which was drifting away and wanted to go after him and tear Joe to pieces.

My wolf was ready to fight him, the blood in my veins was already boiling, and I felt like I had endless power to do just that.

I lost certain self-control and unknowingly exerted a little bit more strength in my hands.

Beth let out a low cry in my arms, and she looked up at me in worry. That was when I noticed what I did. I quickly loosened my grip and explained as calmly as I could, "He has done many cruel things to you. I want to avenge you. I want to kill him."

"No. It will place you in danger." Beth caressed my cheek with her hand. Her touch was so stimulating that I involuntarily lowered my head and let her continue what she was doing.

She was worried about me, and I knew it. It just makes me feel a certain unexplainable joy in my heart. Beth, my angel cared about me.
