Bab 66: Flames of Death

Why were they suddenly focused on cooking food, and no one was paying attention to the bullet wound on Heinrich? He seemed to be moving around just fine. There was a small fire in the middle with everyone sitting around it, each holding a stick and roasting the food. 

"After I pass," Teresia murmured, "The Great Father should remarry." She suggested. 

Heinrich raised his eyes slightly from the ground and looked at Teresia from the side of his eyes. It wasn't unusual for someone like Teresia to give such a suggestion. 

"Fret not." Heinrich smiled after much consideration. "I will see to it." 

The Princess and Killian shared a glance of both concern and skepticism. As humans, they couldn't have the same mindset as immortals, leaving them speechless.
