After a week of trying to find ways to fix things without fracturing his relationship with his sister, all the drama was finally over and Ariel had returned to school.
It was just him in the house once again but it wasn't like it mattered.
The time being displayed on the digital clock in the youngster's room was 5:50 AM and at the moment, he was sitting on the floor with his legs crossed and his eyes closed.
Meditation was something he had just added to his daily activities. It actually felt good for him so kept on doing it.
The exercise was known to help relieve stress, improve focus level, self-awareness, and other helpful benefits. And other than that, he really liked the idea of clearing all the voices in his head before starting his day.
By 6:00 AM, he was done with his meditation and that meant that it was time for him to make his way to the bathroom to brush his teeth and wash his face before making his way downstairs.
