Bab 113: Infrastructure and Weeks Pass, Ethan Advances & The Letter Arrives

This surprised Ethan, but he was nonetheless happy about such happenings. The other significant event was that Little Rose stepped into the same level as a Knight Captain (Late-stage Apprentice) Level knight. Although she could have already been in the Knight Commander realm, due to her age, Ethan wanted her to have her joyful times and act more like a child. She only cultivated very little during the day, but due to her talent grade of 7 and the large number of resources she was receiving, she advanced quickly through the stages. 

Ethan had spent quite a lot of time with her when he received the news. They strolled through the city and a few parts of the kingdom before returning to the castle, where she spent time with her friends and family.
