Bab 55: Fees

The supposed weekend for the design launch had come and gone, leaving R&D and everyone under it to face the back lash and huge setback that followed the crazy events that occurred.

It was 1 pm on a Thursday. Debby and I were sprawled on the floor of my living room, still dressed in our work attire but disheveled as we racked our brains and tried to sort out the issues we were faced with.

We had spent the morning at the bank where we dealt with excessive payments that came with the change in schedule. The initial payments for the flowers, food, drinks and decorations had expired on the date the Design launch were meant to hold.

Judging by the fact that we still needed them despite the shift in date, we had no option than to issue out more money in order for our slots to be retained.
