"What does he mean about the relationship between you and David or what exactly did I hear ?"He asks me the question I've been dreading. Or rather the question I've been avoiding from everyone.

The call was on speaker so he definitely heard everything.

"Oh my God ,Maria! Is that the reason why you are glowing ?" He asks again before giving me the chance to answer his first question.

"I don't know what you're talking about and can we please stick to business?"
