Wesley Gordon looked at the bottle of red wine on the cooking station: "Indeed the red wine is excellent, there's no doubt about that. But all it does is to not degrade the original flavor of the sauce. Used poorly, red wine can actually diminish the taste of the sauce. Yet, the taste of the wine is not drowned by the sauce, that's quite peculiar."
"The beef tongue was separately marinated with red wine." Samson Zhekova said.
Wesley Gordon turned to Cindy Clarke.
Cindy nodded, "Yes, indeed."
Wesley Gordon admired Samson Zhekova with respect.
What a genius chef, indeed impressive.
Samson Zhekova looked wise beyond his years: "I just noticed."
Everyone: "..."
And to think that you were enlightened, knowing all of this.
"Actually, the red wine has already permeated into the flesh of the beef tongue. Even with the sauce, it won't obscure the aroma of the red wine," Cindy explained.
