Peggy Lewis and Lyke Zhekova grew nervous.
Mrs. Lewis wouldn't disagree and put down her chopsticks in anger, would she?
"I'll fetch it for you right away." To their surprise, Mrs. Lewis rose from her seat and headed towards the bedroom.
"Mom, there's no need to rush, you can bring it after we finish eating." Peggy hurried.
"Since we're on the topic, I might as well fetch it now." Mrs. Lewis replied.
Mr. Lewis chuckled, "Your mother is just impatient, you should know this. As soon as something needs to be done, she has to do it right away to be at ease."
After a while, Mrs. Lewis returned with the Household Register and placed it near Peggy's bag on the sofa.
"I've put it next to your bag. Don't forget to pack it up after we finish eating." She said.
"Ok."
Lyke thought he would need to talk things through with Mr. and Mrs. Lewis, possibly even outsmart them to eventually gain their consent.
Unexpectedly, things went so smoothly that Lyke couldn't hide his surprise.
