"After being heated and cooked, the apple's sourness will be brought out. Even if it's a sweet apple, it would become sour. I wanted to try using this sourness to cut through the greasiness of the dish. Since there are no lemons, I'll use the sourness of the apple as a substitute," Cindy explained.
"This combination of flavors is really unique, especially the chicken, which is incredibly tender and smooth. It feels like a combination of egg and fish tofu, but with a rich, juicy texture that bursts with every bite."
"The rosemary flavor is not overpowering; it doesn't cover the flavors of the other spices. The pepper's spiciness can be most clearly tasted in the innermost layer of the chicken."
