"Actually, under normal circumstances, this wouldn't be a big deal. It's just a mouse, right? We could just comp the meal and appease the customers. The worst that could happen is making the local news, but it won't blow up too much." Wendy Clarke said irritably.
"But the problem is that today's customers are all relentless. Before we could even react, they had already spread the news. They're deliberately trying to make a big fuss."
"That's why I suspect someone is manipulating them, or at least a few people have infiltrated the group to create chaos. Otherwise, how could it be so troublesome?" Wendy pondered.
"Now because of this, I definitely can't leave. I have to deal with the aftermath here. I don't trust anyone else to handle it if I go. And the Restaurant Manager's capabilities are limited."
After all, it's a small place, and it's hard to find very capable people.
