Brenda glanced at Johan and shook her head. "Too many people. If you killed all of them, City A Base might not be able to handle more big mutated animals' attack in the future."

Hearing Brenda's words, Johan frowned but didn't force it.

He knew that she was trying to reduce the number of people in the list to make sure that he didn't kill too much. While Johan didn't care and would rather kill all of them, he also knew that killing so many people in City A Base would reduce the overall city's defense.

His men were also fighting against those big mutated animals out there.

While he himself didn't see how ferocious those big mutated animals were, but he could guess from his subordinate's words that none of them ended well when facing these big mutated animals' attacks.

A weakened City A Base meant that these big mutated animals might breach in, which was not something that Johan wanted.
