Bab 263: One-Sided Negotiations

That bold reasoning blared through the air. 

The goblin's many apprentices stood back with yet another moment of reassurance to add to their collection. Though they had only met a moment ago, both ramkins at the gate were left feeling a similar brand of mental peace. 

As for the weaselkin duo quivering behind the bullkin merchant, they failed to defrost their tongues and speak out against the implied threat. 

Folko, much like the arrogant duo behind Brolan, was too shell-shocked to speak up or peel his gaze away. 

At the side, the gladiator-turned-play-thing sat up somewhat. One arm braced against the ground behind him. The other hand rested atop the bridge of his nose behind his horn, half-covering his eyes. His expression was difficult to read. 

However, there was only a single person spectating that held a truly unreadable temperament.
