Before Rizz could mentally groan at his slight boost in levels, two things happened. 

First and foremost, Rizz noticed a couple of EXP notifications pop up the next second.

And Rizz instantly felt a bit more disappointed when his free shares of EXP didn't bump him up another level. 

However, the second thing to reach Rizz's senses was a telepathic call, which Rizz almost ignored until he heard the last half of the mentally-shared statement.
