Bab 116: 116. Anna is alive

The moment George saw Anna sitting on his bed as if she was prepared to seduce him, the pain he felt in his heart because of the things Chunhua said to him faded away.

George dropped the card in his hand and went to meet Anna.

Anna expected George to sit next to her but he did something more surprising. He grabbed Anna's hands and made her lie on his bed again while he pinned her hands on the bed.

"George?" Anna wasn't surprised. She just questioned George. It wasn't the first time George had locked her underneath his body.

"I love you, Anna. Only you and I don't care about what other people say."

Anna's heart felt heavy when she heard what George said. "Don't care about the world. It's a fucked up planet," Anna said.

George smiled. "This is why I love to speak with you. You don't question me."

"Don't think about Chunhua, George. Think about me," Anna said because she wanted to make George feel less burdened.
