Could Anna say that she was pleased to hear George tell her that he missed her so much?

Well, Anna wasn't the type of woman to admit it even to herself. She only stared at George with a judgy expression and looked away.

The next moment, Anna's heart almost jumped out of her chest when George took her hand and pulled her to fall into his arms.

George was lying on the floor but when he pulled Anna, he knew that she wasn't going to fall or get hurt because he was cautious and knew how he was going to get her.

When Anna fell into his arms, George went to stay above her and looked into her green eyes as if he was drunk.

Anna didn't know if she was breathing or not. She was caught off guard and couldn't breathe because of George.

'Lord, he's so handsome,' Anna was hit by that fact when she decided to look at George as well.
