Kai Syaoran walked down the street with intent. Intent to shower the city with blood. The two gangs had over two hundred thousand people when combined together.

He wanted to kill them all and from the stone-cold look on his face, this was exactly what he was going to do. The woman in the shadows could feel the murderous intent coming off Lin Min in waves and she was curious as to what exactly he was going to do. She thought that he was going to kill a few hundred people from the gangs just like last time. She did not know the horror that Kai Syaoran was about to unleash on the city.

When Kai Syaoran had killed so many gang members over a month ago, panic and fear had filled the criminal underworld and in Jade City, this meant that everyone was concerned.

The Blue River gang and the Four Sticks Brotherhood were the two gangs that were targeted and this made them the most fearful.
