Bab 28: Half Siblings

Jolene waited in front of a car while the towering guard reached her location.

With practiced precision, the guard opened the car door, and Jolene obediently entered.

The guard followed suit and started driving.

After about thirty minutes, the car pulled up at the Yu mansion, an impressive and vast residence.

The Yu mansion was quite bigger than the young man's mansion but Jolene preferred the simplicity of the young man's.

The guard quickly opened the door, allowing Jolene to exit, and then followed her as they made their way to the mansion.

As they entered the mansion, Jolene was greeted by a surprised maid, who welcomed her inside.

Inside the spacious living area, two young children, a boy and a girl around the ages of 7 and 8, were engrossed in play.

Their faces lit up with joy as they noticed her.
