The Planetary Management System was efficient, yes, but it was not for raising pigs.

It had to find something for the populace to do and increase efficiency.

This works wonders when the system seeks to use manpower to the fullest. Where human labor can be used without much strain, the system would absolutely not replace it with robots and the like.

The Infrastructure System came right after and this was responsible for the Transport and Communication Systems on the planet.

Everything was streamlined, giving the right people the right resources and tools. This included means of transport and communication.

As previously stated, if you want privacy, please vacate the planet. This truth still holds true even in this area.
