"P-Princess has attempted to kill Miss Adanyl in her Palace."

Hearing those words, a smile formed on Ryuk's face; he already anticipated this happening the moment he announced Adanyl as the Crown Princess.

He narrowed his eyes, looking down at the guard kowtowed in front of him, feeling satisfied to see his plans moving in the right direction. 'Finally, the Silvesters are on the move.'

This was also the major reason for him to announce such a thing in front of everyone - to coax the hidden snakes into revealing themselves.

Of course, even if he were not aware of all these events about to unfold, he wouldn't have rashly believed such words from someone's mouth.

He was already aware of instances in history where such misunderstandings were common, causing wars between parties due to miscommunication, making messanger's words last thing for Ryuk to believe in such intense topics.
