Bab 500: Chapter 497: Mommy, Guoguo Likes Daddy

Norris Moore held Guoguo and watched a cartoon together, finishing it with Guoguo wrapped around Norris's neck. Guoguo said goodnight to Trenton Smith, "Daddy, goodnight."

Trenton was sitting on the couch, and gave a gentle nod, "Goodnight."

Hearing Guoguo call Trenton "daddy" made Norris cringe. She pursed her lips, glanced at the refined and smiling man on the couch, then carried Guoguo upstairs with a furrowed brow.

After placing Guoguo on her pink princess bed, Norris leaned down, kissed Guoguo's little face, and whispered softly, "Goodnight, Guoguo."

Guoguo's big eyes sparkled as she looked up at her mother, "Mummy, Guoguo likes daddy."

Norris's breath hitched, and she looked down at the child's innocent face. She raised her hand to stroke Guoguo's soft hair, whispering, "He's not your daddy."

Guoguo blinked her big, confused eyes, then asked her in a tiny voice, "Where is Guoguo's daddy, then?"

Norris pursed her lips and replied softly, "Guoguo doesn't have a daddy."
