Sophia Jackson was staggering a bit as she made her way back, drunk as a skunk.

The high heels were playing a part as well; they seem to make it even harder to maintain equilibrium when drunk.

Oscar Hernandez was ardently holding her: "Sis, your fiancé is really coming to pick you up?"

Sophia replied in the affirmative and giggled quietly.

Oscar wondered what was amusing her, but she kept mum.

She hadn't remembered anything funny; she was just amused by the idea of Oliver Nelson's unhappy face as he interrupted his sleep to pick up his troublesome bride-to-be.

From Oliver Nelson's perspective, her antics indeed seemed very unreasonable.

However, from her own perspective, it was all hugely entertaining.

Though right now, she was just testing Oliver Nelson's temperament to plan for her married life; if he proves to be hot-tempered, it might be dangerous after the wedding.

Oscar obligingly opened the door, and Sophia walked in calling, "Anthony Young."
