Bab 73: Farewell Kiss (Part 1)

The Elven King possessed countless qualities that humans aspired to, becoming even wiser and more composed over the long years.

He and X were like the two sides of a coin, representing light and darkness.

The Elven King once said, "Only the present is real." Ilodyer knew dwelling on the past wasn't beneficial for himself.

He understood it, of course, but not everyone could control their emotions so successfully.

Neither could X, nor the Elven King.

X looked at him, with a faint smile on his lips he extending his hand towards him.

Seeing X smile in the sunlight made Ilodyer feel somewhat unfamiliar; X never reached out to him.

He either didn't touch him at all or domineeringly pulled him along, never giving him the chance to choose.

Ilodyer suddenly thought, perhaps..this person just happened to looked the same as X.
