Bab 153: Better to stay away from him

Currey stared wide-eyed at the vacant seat. Many thoughts ran through him as he tried to make sense of what had happened.

"That was unexpected!" He exclaimed to himself thoughtfully and, without hesitation, took the seat after he had re-plugged the screen back.

Clearing his throat, "Hello, w-"

The Manager-Agents flinched when the screen came back on with the copper-haired lanky man who looked so small on the screen and in the chair as compared to the person who had been there moments prior. Some exchanged uncertain glances.

"Cu-rrey? Where is the Chairman?"

"My apologies for the technical issue experienced. The Chairman had to attend to something immediately and just left-"

'… and he could not even have the decency to let us know?' One thought, but the agent who had been in the middle of speaking felt his body relax.
