Bab 201: 7-9

When Yu Qingyu woke up the next day, there was a small, auburn squirrel perched on his desk, staring at him intently with its dark blue, round eyes. Once it saw the man was awake, it immediately started squeaking happily, jumping in place.

'Hmm?' Yu Qingyu rubbed his eyes, feeling confused. 'Why is there a squirrel in my room? And… what is it doing?'

He let out a yawn, slowly scrambling himself out of bed, and moving closer to the desk. Then, he was finally able to notice that in its paws, the squirrel held a small, rolled piece of yellowish parchment.

Yu Qingyu's heart skipped a beat. He immediately rushed to take the parchment from the squirrel, and unrolled it with shaking hands.

Written with a slightly awkward hand, in the common language script, was a very short sentence: 'Slept well?'
