It took the team over four days of constant walking and fighting, and hardly getting any rest, before they were finally able to locate the boss room… Or rather boss city. Located on the mountain ranges, it consisted of massive structures built from stone and ice, inhabited by ice goblins.

Although physically weaker than humans, ice goblins possessed high intelligence, and were skilled in black magic, allowing them to create massive golems, and attack from a distance. Needless to say, they posed a great challenge to already exhausted hunters.

Especially since the number of members of the attack team had shrunk significantly, as half of them were too wounded and drained of energy to continue, and had to stay behind, finding shelter in a cave.

"I don't think we're gonna make it! We should probably fall back and escape!" Gao Lianghou called out, from where he hid behind a large rock, which he was using to shield himself from the goblins' attacks.
