"Sir, it is confirmed. The Halloway Cartel runs this place." One of the scouts informed them as he stepped forward.

Initially, he was unaware of the existence of this underground organization. But in his defense, he had never dealt with them in his business.

Besides, based on his contacts with the authorities, this was the first time they heard that the illegal syndicate had infiltrated their city.

"But we have no confirmation if they are holding the hostages in this place." The other one reported. "Based on the heightened activities, I suspect they could be in there." 

The man communicated his assessment, identifying a building where the kidnappers could be holding the hostages.

"I agree." The other members of their rescue party seemed to have the same opinion.

He knew he could always count on his men, knowing what they could do on the battlefield. However, it had been years since they had been in a real fight.
