Bab 253: Chapter 253

"Aaah!" Damon noticed his son open his mouth, expelling air out of his lips while his eyes appeared droopy. Still, his son kept his composure and pried his eyes open as he entertained his friends.

After a delicious dinner with his family, including their guest, the kids asked if they could play outside with their other friends. 

Of course, he gave in. But he made his son and Angelique promise it would only be for a few minutes. He knew that Jules had a rule about playing during school nights.

"Hey! How was your day?" Damon finally turned his attention to his wife, who had just joined them at the poolside.

He remembered he found her in their room, stashing a few of her old things inside a box. He offered to help, but she declined. "I am almost done." She declared, closing the last open carton on the floor.
