It figured out that they were able to find Micah, which they seemed to find when a bunch of wolves were looking for him.

They killed the wolves, and they managed to find him there.

Xavier wondered why he didn’t shoot his gun, and Micah also wondered that too.

Why didn’t he shoot his gun?

Micah didn’t know, but he felt comfortable with his blanket and the warm fire by him.

“Okay,” Asiris said. “We’re gonna need new firewood, seems like they don’t last much here.”

“Apparently,” Caville said. “I assure, ever since those Ikes have hijacked the Passageway, things have gotten a lot harder.”

Xavier scoffed. “That means more fun and fighting, and Micah luckily experienced it instead of me.”

“Trust me,” Micah said. “I’d rather switch places with you.”

Peter had a little chuckle, mainly because Micah found that more as an insult. Xavier being knocked out instead, and him in a blanket by the warm fire.
