Diego, knowing fully well that Giovanni waa annoyed, decided to push his buttons."Forgive me if i have done something wrong, I just figured out that there's no need for a wedding if the bride's mother is not.." He said but Giovanni cut him off.

"It's okay, you did good." Giovanni smiled bitterly, before turning to face Marissa whose eyes were on Diego for a long time, that made him look back at his cousin to figure out what's happening.
