Isabella stared at Nora with a hopeful look, her voice laden with enthusiasm. "Come on, sweetheart. You have to come! Nora's expression flickered as she cursed in her heart! It was because of that man that she couldn't go back. Her husband had actually warned her to not return or else he would lock her inside the house! As if! That had been the biggest motivating factor for her to return and let him try grounding her but she'd given in at the last moment. It just wasn't worth it to get into a fight with him. Instead, she would stay here and pretend to be agreeable while trying to gather some ammunition.
