Alicia was about to complain when she saw Vincent close his eyes and grasp her small hand with both of his. 

"Listen to me, Alicia Gertrude. I do not normally interfere in other people's affairs, but I do this because I value your lover as my adjutant. For now, treat me as your older brother."

"I understand... If Vincent feels this is necessary, I will keep an open mind."
