On a high-level planet where people possessed the same strength as other races, other races could make wars with each other without having to bear the Rule of Heaven.

The only rule of heaven was that the demon race and other races from the higher realms were not allowed to kill weak mortals on the low-level planets of the Mortal Realm.

If some races were stronger than heaven, they could destroy the Rule of Heaven. Unfortunately, until now, no race could do this.

Their identities were quite troublesome, but it was not difficult for her to catch them before she went to the Superior Domain.

"I'll catch them for you, Diyu. When you're free to come to the Mortal Realm, I will let you deal with them personally." 

"You are so good to me, Yue'er." Diyu smiled.
