...

After Voldemort opened a bag, a black ink, constantly changing shape, released a strange creature resembling smoke.

Ivan's eyes fixed on the ever-changing creature in mid-air, revealing surprise. The creature seemed bound by an invisible force as if a transparent cover imprisoned it.

"Well, as expected of the Dark Lord. I admit you've given me a huge surprise. A mysterious creature thought to be extinct – Boggart. It's even more magical than a phoenix, a non-entity magical creature. I've always wanted to study it myself, and now I finally have the chance."

Ivan was genuinely pleased. Boggart, in his opinion, was more magical than a phoenix – a creature with no physical form, only a real existence. Ivan had always wanted to study it but never found the opportunity until now.

Voldemort was satisfied with Ivan's response. "If you like it, what value does it hold, and what can I exchange for it?"

Ivan's eyes never left the Boggart, and he waved his hand, causing part of the listed items on the special paper to disappear. "You can choose one of the remaining items at will."

Voldemort took a look, noticing that the items on the paper were now one-third fewer. Although still treasures, they weren't as impressive as the ones that disappeared. The Dragonbone wand, the item Voldemort coveted most, was absent.

However, Voldemort wasn't surprised. As a powerful wizard, he understood the value of that wand. Its worth even rivaled the Elderwand. This exchange wouldn't do it justice.

Voldemort browsed the remaining magic items, eventually choosing one that surprised Ivan.

Though Ivan primarily focused on Boggart, he also observed Voldemort. Looking at Voldemort's choice, Ivan was surprised to see him select the Vampire Potion.

As the name suggests, the potion enhanced the strength of vampires, theoretically reaching the level of vampire ancestors. However, these vampire ancestors weren't like Dracula, they were creatures from China.

Ivan had brought a zombie from China, injected it with a substance from a vampire's body, and evolved it using negative energy from an underground energy node in the ancient castle. The resulting creature, named General, resembled the legendary Chinese vampires.

Ivan had once extracted General's blood for research and discovered a method similar to vampires but without developing offspring by blood-sucking. Ivan intended to create powerful vampires using this method.

However, as Ivan grew stronger, he amassed an army of super-subordinates, specters, Simba (an invincible pet), and the Red Queen (capable of controlling countless machines). Skull Island and Smaug awakened with ancient dragon blood.

For Ivan, these subordinates sufficed, and creating a super vampire became an additional luxury. Thus, the vampire potion was created – a medicine to strengthen any vampire. Injecting it would lead to rapid evolution with sufficient blood absorption. The extent of evolution depended on individual fortune.

Ivan's mind quickly processed the situation, and then it dawned on him. "Ah, I see! You aim to use this potion to sway the vampires. Clever move. Vampires and werewolves have always been adversaries, and with werewolves now under Lupin's leadership, vampires find themselves in a tight spot. By using the potion as bait, you can draw the vampires in. A powerful vampire is crucial for them at this moment."

"I didn't expect Lord Devil to be so well-versed in these matters. Truly surprising."

"Don't be astonished. I'm not one of those antiquated fools; I stay informed. Though I do keep tabs on the news, you still have some werewolf forces under your control. Aren't you concerned that they might feel neglected by this? Oh! True, I might be naive. Some werewolves are betrayed, and their utility is significantly diminished. It doesn't matter if they're abandoned outright. The Dark Lord truly lives up to his reputation – ruthless and cunning."

"Thank you for the compliment" Voldemort's cold smile seemed to interpret Ivan's words as praise.

There was an enigmatic glint in Voldemort's eyes, ever-changing. The self-proclaimed devil before him had exposed his identity upon their meeting, then uttered the name Voldemort had concealed. Now, he probed Voldemort's mind again, demonstrating an understanding that surpassed imagination. However, Voldemort remained an enigma to him, causing discomfort.

In any case, both parties achieved their objectives, bringing great satisfaction. The two soon finalized a contract.

Yet, after the contract's signing, Voldemort's gaze upon Ivan transformed. As a formidable wizard, his comprehension of the mysterious forces in this world differed fundamentally from that of ordinary individuals. Something about the contract struck him as distinctive.

It was an expansive and limitless force that transmitted the contract's contents directly into both their minds, ensuring no deviation in its terms. The force bore witness to the contract, marking Ivan with an unmistakable label – a powerful entity stood behind him. Otherwise, it wouldn't condescend to be a contract witness.

Once Voldemort departed, Ivan rose from his chair and stretched. Nearly three hours of hectic work had finally concluded, leaving one last task.

Exiting the hall, Ivan reached a warehouse at the back, where twenty armed special forces lay in a row.

At Ivan's arrival, panic swept through the special forces, especially with Ivan currently disguised as a devil, adorned with sharp horns on his head and blood-red eyes. He emanated an aura of evil and allure, resembling a demonic figure that sent shivers down their spines.

"It's over" everyone inwardly lamented, regretting their involvement in this mission. Not only were their lives at stake, but their souls would also face torment by the devil after death. Could anything be worse?

However, the subsequent events surprised the special forces. The devil merely patted each one, as if extracting something from them. It left them looking somewhat weakened but miraculously unharmed.

With a smile, Ivan extracted five years of vitality from each special soldier. He extended his hand, and a gray gas materialized. Ivan directed the gray gas into the bodies of the 20 soldiers. As he waved his hands, mysterious talisman papers appeared in the air, imprinting onto the soldiers.

"Okay, toss all these people out to me."

In the warehouse, hundreds of spherical robots responded to Ivan's command. Immediately, they divided into twenty groups, activated tractor beams, and dragged a group of soldiers away.

Ivan observed the soldiers being taken away, a sinister smile on his face. He thought, "Whoever you are if you dare to cause trouble for me, don't blame me for being rude. This curse won't kill you, but it'll make you suffer. I hope you've learned your lesson and won't provoke me again."

The curse Ivan used was a carefully crafted one with transmission and tracking capabilities. It spread through the medium of the Earth's magnetic field.

After the twenty soldiers were released, they would wear the curse, transmitting it to others and reporting back to their superiors. Even a phone call would suffice, as the curse transcended spatial limitations, reaching the person contacted, and so on until it reached the mastermind.

No matter how well-hidden the other party was, escape was inevitable. Ivan didn't intend to kill them all; he aimed to make them endure significant suffering without risking their lives.

...

In the United States, behind a building, hundreds of soldiers waited in anticipation. The area was under martial law, and tension hung in the air.

General Ross, in a military uniform, paced, occasionally glancing at a wall. Sweat dripped down his face.

Ros was anxious. Three hours ago, twenty of his elite soldiers had entered a peculiar door on the wall for a secret mission and disappeared without a trace.

Initially, Ross planned to send more people through the door, but it closed automatically after the initial twenty entered. This unexpected development disrupted his plans, leaving him with no choice but to wait for developments.

Unaware that Ivan had placed a limit on the door, allowing only twenty people at a time, Ross grew increasingly desperate for news of his soldiers.

Suddenly, the wall twisted, and the mysterious door reappeared, opening automatically before promptly disappearing again. Ross inspected the scene – weren't these the soldiers he sent? All twenty were unconscious.

While Ross wanted answers, rescuing the soldiers took precedence. He dispatched personnel to transport them to the hospital. Amid the chaos, a wisp of gray gas emanated from two soldiers, penetrating everyone nearby.

On the same day, Ross reported the situation to his superiors, but they were indecisive. Seeking higher-level advice, he eventually reported to the White House. Unbeknownst to them, each time the news was transmitted, an inexplicable wisp of gray gas appeared in a hidden corner.

That night, 30 or 40 high-ranking U.S. government officials fell seriously ill. They convulsed as if trapped in a nightmare. Among them were individuals from various backgrounds who had participated in the plan against the Devil's Cabin.

Upon investigation, a commonality emerged: all these people, despite diverse identities and affiliations, had one thing in common – involvement in the plot against the Devil's Cabin. Some astute individuals quickly grasped the situation, prompting certain factions to abandon their plans simultaneously. The Devil's Cabin's uncanny abilities had truly instilled fear in them.
