On the outskirts of the fog surrounding Battleship Island, many marine ships were surrounding most of the island, though not all of it, as the fog made it difficult to fill all the gaps.
On one of the larger ships was a man with an afro, a mustache, and black circular glasses. He wore a very distinctive navy cape, demonstrating a higher status, an admiral.
This person was Sengoku current admiral and a future fleet admiral.
"Admiral Sengoku, do we give the order to enter the fog? We already have the method to reach the island" said a marine with respect in his tone.
"No, entering the fog is a foolish decision. With their invisibility and the fog, we will make it easy for them to escape. Besides, one of their buddies who escaped from the 80th division must have tipped them off, so they'll be out any minute" replied Sengoku in a calm tone.
"By the way has Magnus arrived yet?" asked Sengoku.
"Yes, sir. He's covering another side, not so far away" replied the marine.
"Good" nodded Sengoku.
"Sir... How will we catch them if they are invisible?" asked the marine with doubt.
"That's easy, even if they are invisible the ship is still generating waves, what we have to do is to be aware of the sea" answered a man who landed from the sky.
This person was Komei and he came using Geppo from his ship which was several meters away from Sengoku's ship.
"Vice Admiral Komei is everything ready yet?" asked Sengoku looking sideways at Komei's sly face, he could tell that Komei's look was one of hatred and fury.
*Well it's understandable why he is like that* thought Sengoku, since one of the marines who died brutally was Komei's friend.
"Yes Admiral, everything is ready, I put the ships in formation. Any changes in the ocean currents will be noted" Komei replied.
After saying a few more words to Sengoku he returned to his ship using Geppo.
*Tokikake has arrived, Magnus too. Everything is ready to catch the fire demon once and for all. This time he won't get away* Sengoku thought with a frown.
Tokikake is a vice admiral of the Marines considered among the strongest.
Minutes passed and still, there was no sign of Yamamoto. At one point, Komei raised his voice so that Sengoku from the other side could hear him, "Admiral Sengoku we found them!"
After that Komei began to give directions and his ship began to move, circling the fog in an easterly direction. Sengoku's ship also began to follow Komei.
*The battle is coming* thought Sengoku with a serious face.
...
When the ship set sail and a little before crossing the fog Yamamoto activated the barrier. Now it was much more difficult for Saul to keep up, his body was very tall and he had to extend the barrier even more.
The moment they broke through the fog they noticed many marine ships lining up.
"Damn, they've been here for a while now" cursed Tesoro nervously.
Yamamoto frowned when he saw this, he knew about the weaknesses of the barrier. With so many eyes it would be hard for someone not to notice a large ship moving large waves.
"There's unusual movement over there!" exclaimed a marine as he pointed his finger in one direction.
All the marines began to take a closer look at that spot and it was clear that something was wrong, "Fire!" ordered the leader of one of the ships.
BOOM!
BOOM!
Cannonballs headed straight for Yamamoto's ship and the others, "We've been spotted... Saul take care of it" said Yamamoto as he shook his head.
He hadn't expected them to be spotted so quickly. This was because the Marine ships were already formed and waiting for an irregularity to appear in the ocean.
Saul nodded, easily with his giant hands he caught the cannonballs before they hit the ship.
"It's them, alert the Admiral and Vice Admiral immediately!" exclaimed a Marine as he noticed the ship appear out of nowhere.
*The ones who found us are weak, at any moment the heavyweights will arrive* thought Yamamoto.
"Keep moving forward, if they attack us destroy them" ordered Yamamoto looking at Saul who nodded.
His ship kept moving at top speed, however, the marine ships did not stand still and again fired their cannons. This time Saul showed no mercy and after defending the ship, he attacked.
Using Geppo he reached one of the marine ships and with his fist, he broke the ship in half. Then he went to the nearest ship and did the same to it.
"Stand down we are not their rivals! We must wait for the Admirals!" shouted a marine.
*Good, they are retreating now we have a clear path* thought Yamamoto.
Saul landed softly on the ship and his look was ugly, "What happened?" asked Tesoro noticing his expression.
"I heard they said they have to wait for 'the admirals'" replied Saul.
*The admirals...* thought Yamamoto frowning.
Everyone else hearing this also made ugly expressions, this time the marine had sent more than one admiral.
*They're going all out... he expected someone to attack their headquarters now that two admirals are outside* thought Yamamoto as his fury increased.
As the ship continued on its way, in a moment they could see 4 ships like the buster call heading in their direction.
Two ships were coming from the east side and others from the west side, their speed was fast it seemed they were doing something to catch up with them, like the time Yamamoto used his devil fruit, to increase the ship's speed.
*It seems that there is no choice but to fight* said Yamamoto, however, he was not afraid. He even felt great anger at being chased so hard by the damn Marines, this time he would show no mercy.
Although there was more than one admiral he had Dragon with him. He is sure his strength is at the admiral level. With his last 50% card he will not stop until he kills one of the admirals.
This time he has Kuma and Saul to protect the ship, so he can concentrate on the fight.
The ships were getting closer and Yamamoto could see the people leading them.
On one side, Sengoku, seeing Yamamoto knows it will be a tough battle. On the ship coming next to Sengoku's, there is a man Yamamoto does not recognize, it is Komei, and he deduces that it is a vice admiral.
Looking in the other direction he noticed a man with broad shoulders, thin eyes, and a flat nose. This was Tokikake, wearing a dark-colored hat, a navy shirt, and a long-sleeved shirt.
He remembered that Tokikake was a marine vice admiral from the Garp and Sengoku era, so his strength cannot be underestimated.
On the other ship was a tall dark-skinned man with firm muscles. He looked to be in his late thirties. His eyes were dark colored, his hair was short and gray, and this one combed back. He wore the characteristic uniform of the Marine Corps, with the admiral's cape.
This man was Magnus, the other admiral the marine sent to Sengoku.
*That must be the other admiral... though I have no memory of him* Yamamoto thought without recognizing this man.
"Sengoku and Magnus, two very powerful admirals. One possesses the fruit Hito Hito: Daibutsu Model, which allows him to become a Buddha. The other possesses one of the most powerful lodges, the Goro Goro. It allows him to create and become electricity" Dragon commented with a slight smile under his hood.
When Yamamoto heard Magnus part he was surprised, *Then his death is coming* thought Yamamoto since in the future Enel will possess the devil fruit of electricity, so he would have to die shortly.
Yamamoto looked at Dragon and noticed that he was calm as always, *I'm glad I ran into him, otherwise, I'd be screwed today* thought Yamamoto, since facing two admirals would be a big challenge.
"Who do you want to fight?" asked Yamamoto scratching his beard.
"Mm, leave Magnus to me, if it's not too much trouble" Dragon replied.
"Fine, I'll take care of the Buddha" said Yamamoto.
