With those thoughts in mind, Alister wanted to kill the Pope and start the purge of Fantasia believers so that he could focus on becoming a god next.

As usual, Alister was accompanied by Zanna and the rest of the heroes as they dragged the Pope and priests out of the hero summoning room.

They didn't care about the corpses left in the hero summoning room which was the Sword Hero and Curse Hero's corpses. After all, the hero party already knew of the betrayal of the Sword Hero and the Curse Hero according to their memories of the previous timeline.

Even the Pope and the priests knew what happened at that time so even they didn't have any good impressions towards the Sword Hero and the Curse Hero. But compared to those two heroes who only betrayed the human race and defected to the demon race, the Pope and the priests hated Alister and the hero party more than those two heroes.
