Commander Reah seemed sincere in her offer. But the trio in front of her could not help but doubt her sincerity. No one was that kind to strangers until they had a reason to be.

“I am sorry, Commander Reah but I can’t find you trustworthy right now. I would like to decline any hospitality you give us until you tell us exactly what you want from us.”

Kurina decided to step up and ask the important questions today. She did sit down since it did not seem right to not give Commander Reah any face.

The commander did not look insulted in the slightest as she crossed her arms and looked at the trio in front of her with serious eyes. The easy and comfortable air had slipped out of the room and it had turned into a more serious one.

“You are right. I should throw you a bone before expecting you all to bark for me. So, I will do as you have asked me to do - tell you what I want from you.”
