Bab 781: Distant Relatives Turns To In-laws

In her space, Lu Jueyu cooked a pot of vegetable porridge, a basket of steamed buns, a pot of soy milk, and a basket of tea eggs for breakfast.

Since Dong Huang and Dong Li now had more friends to eat with, she prepared ten meat buns, five tea eggs, ten scallion pancakes, and a pack of raisins for each of them to share with their friends and cousins. 

Some of them are in their growing years, so they tend to feel hungry more easily than others, especially boys. So in addition to these, she gave them a few apples.

At first, she worried that people would wonder how she got so many ingredients. But after she told them about her husband and brother-in-law going into the mountains, she was sure that no one would doubt her anymore.

After all, there is indeed plenty of food on the mountain. As long as you dare to venture into the mountains, you will get a good harvest.
