Bab 497: Mountain Spring Water

Lu Jueyu knew from Da Niu's expressions that she liked what she ate. She looked at her with a smile and asked, "Da Niu, how was it?"

Li Shu came to her senses after hearing her words and said, "Aunt Li, it's so delicious and refreshing! This is my first time eating this."

"Then bring some back to share with your brother."

Hearing her words, Li Shu's eyes lit up and she said with a smile, "Thank you, Aunt Li."

It took them nearly two hours to make the candied fruits. When Li Shu returned home, Lu Jueyu gave her three sticks of each kind of candied fruit and asked her to come and visit often.

As soon as she put the candied fruits into her space, Dong Li and Dong Huang came back from school. Looking at the position of the sun, Lu Jueyu calculated the time and found that her foster children were more than an hour late today.

When she saw Feng Lin, Lu Wenmu, and Lu Wenyi walking behind her foster children, she smiled.
