Bab 48: Xiao Yiqing’s Threat

Seeing Pan Meijia beating her chest while coughing, Lu Jueyu was startled, and quickly handed her a cup of milk tea. Pan Meijia took the cup, drink a few big gulps before she heaved a sigh of relief.

"Eat slowly, no one will grab your food." Lu Jueyu shook her head and said amusedly.

Suddenly, Pan Meijia's eyes turned red, and a few tears rolled down from the corners of her eyes. Lu Jueyu was stunned by the change in her mood. She even suspected that this girl might be suffering from bipolar disorder because of her high mood swings. Seeing her sobbing while chewing, she sighed and walked over to pat her on the back to comfort her.

"Eat if you want to eat, don't cry while you eat. Otherwise, you will choke again."

"I'm sorry." Pan Meijia sobbed.

"What are you sorry for?" Lu Jueyu asked confusedly.

"At first I thought you were a bad person. So, I said those rude things to you and your family. Sorry, I shouldn't just listen to one-sided words."
