It was already almost lunchtime when Chris and Elsa went out of their room, ready to head back to Rügengard Castle when the husband of the caretaker came running to them as they descended from the stairs.

Elsa's heart jumped at the frantic voice of the old man. She couldn't explain it but she just had a bad feeling about it.

"Slow down," Chris said as he gently grabbed the shoulder of the panting old man. "Tell us what's wrong."

"The royal guards are outside they are ready to take you to the port and–"

"Chris, Elsa, let's go! We need to go back to Arcanis right now. Milda and Rocco are missing and there was a sighting of demons near the castle at dawn. Rylie got injured, someone knocked her out while she was putting Rocco to sleep when the royal family was having dinner last night," Baahu said, and gestured for the two to follow him.
