Bab 52: Choose Me

Elsa patiently stood in the hallway, her mind immersed in the paintings decorating the walls. Each seemingly narrates a tale from the past. Her immersion was so deep that she remained on the spot and did not notice Chris exiting the room.

With her head tilted, she examined a painting depicting what appeared to be a celestial battle between angels and demons. Suddenly, her trance was interrupted by a gentle kiss on her cheek, as Chris enveloped her from behind, his chin resting on her shoulder.

As she attempted to break free from his embrace, Chris tightened his hold, teasing, "There's no use in struggling; you know I'm stronger." He affectionately planted another kiss on her cheek, inhaling the sweet scent of her freshly awakened self earlier. "Why do you always smell so good even if you just woke up? I will never get tired of sniffing you like this…"
