"Professor, wait for me! "The young man shouted and ran towards the professor, only to be stopped by a scalpel glinting with sharpness with its tip aimed at his heart. The young man halted. "Professor," he weakly and nervously called out after sensing the killing intent surrounding the eccentric man.

Dimitri withdrew his gaze from him before continuing on his path as if he didn't hear anything. The sun was at its peak, but all he felt was bitter coldness stemming from his heart. "What a cold woman," he murmured before stuffing the handkerchief in his pocket, finding it hard to restrain himself from venting his frustration by inhaling the scent that only reminded him of heartbreak. It's the first time he failed so miserably.

Arianne turned around after she heard those words, and then she saw Dimitri's lonely back, seemingly treading on the track of an icy field submerged in the snow. She blinked, finding it inconceivable since the weather was sunny right now.
