“What do you mean that Vance Adira and Arran Deo are moving into our home?” Caylian demanded.

“Why are you yelling? They are moving into the extension of our home,” Amanda snapped at Caylian.

Maurice's eyes remained wide open while Bai just chuckled.

We had sat down for lunch when Caylian announced that Maurice Nemesio was joining us. He walked in and his cold and shy demeanor was still the same. I could not imagine how he managed to break down the walls of Arran.

I knew that my stares would make him uncomfortable, so I chose to deal with Caylian instead.

“I am just helping out friends,” I explained.

“Friends? Brother, do you even know the meaning of that word?” Caylian sarcastically asked.

“What are you saying? I am your brother's friend,” Bai snapped at Caylian.
