Chapter 116: Side Quest – Love & Lucky (2)
~Third POV~
In the town of Akarifa, the Enterprise Guild Love and Lucky have gathered attention from the people who are backed off by the Rune Knights keeping the citizens away from the building for their own safety.
Love & Lucky is a moderately sized guild, with various trees around it. The building is composed of one main corridor, with four sections around the corridor. It's composed of bricks and what appears to be concrete.
Below the brick portion, several pillars are decorating the frontal view. There are dozens of windows in the guild building. There is also a gating grid in the guild's entryway.
The crowd began to talk to the Rune Knights demanding to know the state of emergency that the building was being attacked by the members of Dark Guild Naked Mummy.
*Clamor*
"What's happened to the hostages?!"
*Clamor*
"My husband's there!"
*Clamor*
"Please save them!"
*Clamor*
One of the Rune Knights began to yell to the crowd of people having already called someone for help trying to calm the crowd, "Everyone, calm down!!! We're asking for help from a nearby magic guild now!"
*Hyaah*
*Hyaah*
Another one of the Rune Knights yelled out to the crowd trying to get the citizens away for their own safety, "It's dangerous here! Get out of here!!"
*Hyaah*
*Hyaah*
Listening to the commotion Lucy tilts her head to the side concerned about her father, "Father… Eep!!!"
*Vwumph*
Not before too long Lucy was surprised by Virgo appearing out of nowhere under her giving her report in a neutral tone, "Princess!! I believe I have managed to safely open a passage."
Lucy thanks Virgo for her assistance in a grateful tone, "Thank you, Virgo!"
However, Virgo interpreted it as her default need for punishment, "Is that my punishment?"
Lucy corrects her instantly with beads of sweat rolling off her face, "It's praise!!"
Before Virgo could speak another voice interrupted the conversation catching their attention revealing to be Silva in a calm tone, "What praise?"
Lucy jumped up surprised asking how he got here in a surprise tone, "Ah! Silva what the heck are you doing here?!"
Confirming her question Silva replied in a casual tone of his purpose here but asked Lucy why she was here, "Simple I came when I heard the news of something happening nearby on a job. But what are you doing here?"
Lucy for her part explains trying to hide the fact she was trying to save her father to Silva saying she was here to help the people caught in trouble inside the Enterprise Guild.
Silva nodded as he offered his assistance to help as Lucy merely accepted the help once Virgo explained the situation to them offering a partial greeting in a neutral tone, "Oh? It's an honor meeting you again young man. Through the passage, there are many wizards inside so be cautious to you both."
The two nodded as Lucy began to enter Silva used <Requip> to change into his Rare Suit using its abilities to dive into the ground surprising Lucy but regardless followed the passage with him following her.

Meanwhile inside the interior of the guild is littered with various tables and shelves, both filled with papers and books. There are some windows and desks near the corners. Pillars made of concrete and wood are seen by the entire hall and some information plates in the ceiling.
Trouble was brewing as members of Naked Mummy began to steal from the Enterprise Guild safe into bags with one of the members yelling out, "I don't get it!! It's called a business guild right? I thought they'd have more money?!!"
Another agrees with their member's sentiment voicing out they should've stolen from a bigger area in dissatisfaction, "I told you from the start we should've knocked over the bank!"
One of The Naked Mummy Mages that seems to be in charge is a man whose face looks like that of a monkey's, with very prominent ears. He is bald and bears his red guild mark on the left side of his head.
His outfit consists of a lime-colored shirt covered by a red and white jacket with yellow markings resembling bananas on the collar and two blue arrows on the sides. He wears plain blue jeans and simple black shoes.
He began to yell back at his crew to hurry up and collect the money immediately with his Magic Shotgun at his side, "Shut up!! We're outta time! Just stuff the cash into the bag!"
"Yes sir!!!"
While they did so the people who were captured had their mouths covered in cloth and tied in ropes and tried to speak but could only sound muffled as they spoke.
"Urmm…!"
"URMM!!"
"Urmm…?"
*DOKAAAN*
But that was silenced by the Naked Mummy man in charge shooting up getting their attention with clear annoyance, "Shut up, or you're gonna be dead!!!"
The adults could only follow the orders but a young boy who didn't understand tried to struggle to get the Naked Mummy man's attention in irritation, "Huh? You wanna die?"
"MMMMM!!!"
*SHUFFLE*
*KACHAK*
The young boy only shook his head not wanting to but instead, the leader of the group pointed his Shotgun at him as the adults tried to move out of the way, "You do wanna die, you little turd!!!! We don't have time for this crap!!!"
*DAKAAAN*
Shooting at the young boy defenseless crying as the bullet rounds were getting closer with the intent that his life would end…
A voice called out along with a man with the features of a cow holding a giant axe repelled the bullets by Lucy's command, "That's quite far enough!! Taurus!!!!"

Repelling all the bullets away from the kid Taurus reveals himself as an extremely tall, heavily muscular, and athletic humanoid whose physical features are highly reminiscent of a bull, as his theme implies. His body is covered in a black-and-white pattern like that of Holstein Friesian cattle, and the upper part of it, from the waist up, seems more massive than the lower one.
His head is bovine in shape, with small, elongated ears jutting outwards from the sides of his head, and a pair of horns, testifying him as a bull, sitting on top of it. He has dark eyes, and his flat nose bears a large golden ring in it, like those worn by actual bulls.
"Mooo!!!"
He brought out Taurus with his weapon at the ready as the crowd of people voiced out in shock at Lucy appearing out of nowhere and standing behind the hole she came out of.
"!!!"
"What's that?!!"
"How'd anybody get in?!"
"What?!"
"A girl?"
The Naked Mummy man yelled out in horror realizing they spent too much time that one of the legal members of the guild finally showed up, "Shit!! It's a wizard from the official guild?! Damn it!!"
Lucy drawing out her Golden Keys gave them all a chance to surrender preparing for combat, "If you don't surrender quietly, you'll wind up getting hurt!!!"
One of the Naked Mummy members roared back grabbing their weapons to retaliate, "It's just one bitch! We can easily take her – AH!!!"
*BAM*
*BAM*
Two powerful strikes to the balls of other members soon revealed to be Silva coming out from the earth with his Rare Suit yelling at them, "You heard the lady. Best surrender or else…"
"Attack!!"
Disregarding their warning they attempted to attack as Lucy switched Taurus with another Golden Key, "Open Gate of the Archer, Sagittarius!!"
*Ding*
*Dong*
Summoning Sagittarius he began to shoot down his arrows at the Naked Mummy members in a flurry with Silva reequipping to a weapon switching his Rare Suit for Wado Ichimonji quickly into cutting position at the rushing members, "<Crawler Style>!"
*Shinng*
*BAM*
"Ahhh!"
The Naked Mummy Members got hit by Silva's <Crawler Sytle> followed by Sagittarius shooting his arrows as another member got close to him with a fire sword, "You are dead you –"
*Woosh*
Wind gathered around Wado Ichimonji with Silva using <Invisible Air> pointing the tip of his blade at the grunt with one word releasing the condensed wind, "<Air Strike>!"
*WOOOSH*
*BOOM*
*BAM*
*THUD*
Releasing a great gale the man was soon uplifted into the air of the ceiling and then crashing back down from the centrical force from the strike sheeting his blade and focusing on the rest of the grunts left, "<Slashing Form>!"
*Shinng*
*Shinng*
Already moved too far away Silva sheathed his blade with a small clank sound escaping from him…
*Klank*
*Thud*

*Thud*
Soon members fall with cut wounds appearing just as Silva sheathed his blade into place with the Naked Mummy members falling like flies.
The Naked Mummy leader stutters in shock seeing his group lose effortlessly, "Wha…?!!"
Lucy rushes in after the head leader and drop-kicked him in the face yelling her attack, "Lucy Kick!"
With that, the Naked Mummy leader was taken down as Silva and Lucy soon got the thanks of the people who were hostages and cried out thanks for help as they acted bashful of the events.
When that was done Silva unlocked his rewards helping Lucy side quest taking the moment to leave of this situation.

While Silva took his leave, he witnessed Lucy talking to her father and the Natsu Group coming around as he smiled at this, "Hopefully Lucy gets some closure or gets together with her father in the future. But for now, though <Observe>."
Using <Observe> Silva quickly checked his items, the first being his Gold Celestial Armor, which is black and gold plate armor with the symbol of the Leo constellation etched upon the front skirt.
And a rainbow shard of the Larcima a bit bigger than the previous one giving a bigger boost in physical power than the previous ones.

Silva's eyes widen viewing the increase in strength he would get by having a bonus 25 in AGI and LUCK would be ideal to have.
But then his eye catches towards the leader of the Naked Mummy who oversaw robbing Love & Lucky running away in stealth with a sly grin on his face mumbling to himself, "There he is… I'll simply need to follow him to leader where the Dark Guild Naked Mummy is located. All I need is listen to hear when their operation happens."
With those thoughts in his head, he silently stalked after the running member of Naked Mummy running away back to his guild from a safe distance…
