Bab 63: 62. The interrogation

The sound of a folder slamming on the metal table startled Elliot awake. President Walters and Professor Klein were now sitting across from him and Rayne. There were 2 folders sitting in front of the president. Rayne snored loudly in Elliot's ear, letting him know the sound hadn't woken her up. Her head and right arm rested on his chest. Elliot nudged her with his elbow.

"Stop, Albert, Elliot's right here," she said with a giggle. 

Elliot nudged her again, slightly harder this time.

"Okay, but be quick," she said as the hand she had on his chest started to descend.

He grabbed her hand and gave her a yank to wake her. She woke up blinking in confusion as she looked around the table.

"Why is everyone staring at me?" she asked and wiped some drool from her face.

"Hello Mr. Vasquez and Ms. Rayne," Professor Klein said. She folded her hands and rested them on the table.
