Bab 311: Night Has Come And...!

The night had come, the worst possible time to be outside the walls because they were vulnerable to all forms of attacks.

The forest fire burned bright and acted as a beacon to every zombie within a mile radius, they may not be able to see but their other senses allowed them to perceive it.

However, Dimitris and Glenn managed to get out of the danger area alongside Brayden and his people but the loss incurred was more than they would have thought.

The fact that they acquired so many losses in such a short time showed how strong the horde was, a horde was troublesome enough but an evolved one was near impossible to win against.

However, they weren't all wiped out thanks to the earlier explosion that seemed to distract the zombies, and the horsemen as was unknown why that was but no one was going to question it as long as it enabled them to live another day.

There were concerns but they had to return to the community to ensure that they reported this.
