Bab 146: The inheritance

Xia Lihua was back at Xiaoyun Pavillion and she meticulously read all the important documents about her mother's properties.

Jiang Shenqi had left everything she owned, including a paper company that had been shut down before her marriage to Xia Tianlin, to her only daughter.

Notably, the property had valuable acres of land that attracted numerous potential buyers eager to develop resorts or hotels. Xia Tianlin was eager to sell these lands for the highest price possible.

Even though Xia Tianlin was greedy and wanted to make a lot of money from selling the land, he couldn't do anything because legally, the property belonged to Xia Lihua after Jiang Shenqi's death. 

He had tried to convince Jiang Shenqi to give him the inheritance proved futile. The land he desired so much was out of his reach, and his plans to sell it for a big profit were ruined.
